Create life-changing learning experiences for California’s youth.
Vision
Empower the Cadets and Scholars entrusted to our care to set their own conditions for a successful future. Task Force Torch will establish, facilitate and maintain meaningful transformation through partnerships based on trust, responsible citizenship, and purposeful involvement between the California Military Department, local communities, and academia. Task Force Torch achieves results through specifically developed curriculum, discipline, community outreach, and resource-leveraging partnerships while capitalizing on new capabilities, concepts and technological advances.
