Regional Training Site-Maintenance, Camp Roberts CA (RTS-M) is the appointed Training and Testing Unit for the CA-ARNG.
The training consist of two hours of orientation on the dangers and peculiarity of driving in Europe. One and a half hours on the rules of the road, and a half hour on road signs and the right-of-way.
The test has 100 questions, the last 25 are of the International Road Signs. There is no time limit and you must score at least an 85 out of 100.
There is a high failure rate, therefore it is importance to study ahead, all of the test is based on USAREUR / AE Pamphlet 190-34. Dated 15 February 2006, Download it here, and print it out in color if possible. There is a 150 sample test questions in the back of the pamphlet, there is some new material not in the old pamphlet.
