Once you have the OSC data open, you can print it or look through it on-screen. You will see that the document provides data for the past five fiscal years, as well as the most recent quarter of the current fiscal year. It covers:

• Total number of EEO complaints filed

• Total number of individuals filing EEO complaints

• Total number of individuals filing more than one EEO complaint

• Number of complainants alleging discrimination (by basis)

• Number of EEO complaints challenging personnel actions (by type)

• Average length of time taken to complete a step in the EEO complaint process (by step)

• Data on complaints dismissed during the EEO complaint process

• Total number of final OSC actions involving a finding of discrimination

• Data on the number of final OSC actions finding discrimination

• Total number of final OSC actions involving a finding of inappropriate personnel action (by type)

• Data on complaints pending from previous fiscal years

• Of active complaints, total number in which OSC failed to conduct an investigation with the required time period
