Aerial Photo Reconnaissance:
The California National Guard C-26B aircraft can generate photographs of specific areas. Photo interpreters provide analysis and interpretation as required. Photos can be used to plan law enforcement counterdrug operations, enhance officer safety, or to help locate marijuana cultivation sites, methamphetamine labs, clandestine airfields, and other drug related sites. Photographs can be taken of both urban and rural locations from a variety of altitudes and angles, tailoring the end product to specific law enforcement needs. The C-26B is generally used to cover a small area or for a time-sensitive request.
