State Active Duty, State Military Reserve, and State Civil Service personnel,
regardless of where they are assigned, who witness what they believe to be a
violation of ethical standards, should report such conduct through their supervisory
chain of command or directly to the State Military Department's State
Inspector General HOTLINE.
Such conduct includes but is not limited to:
• abuse of authority
• mismanagement
• fraud, waste & abuse
• reprisal
